The hotel is strategically located close to the main tourist spots and transport hubs with several tube stops nearby. Getting to and from the airport by train is a breeze. The cozy and comfortable room has a beautiful view of the city, accompanied by a clean and spacious bathroom. The service of the friendly staff is exceptional, providing an amazing breakfast. Access to the executive lounge is an added advantage, with plenty of snacks, drinks, and desserts for guests to enjoy.

There is an issue with the cleaning staff not respecting guests' privacy and repeatedly knocking on the door after check-in.

The hotel venue here is exceptional in all aspects. the luxurious room amenities fulfilled our exclusive preferences, including the Jacuzzi and Spa lounge. the unbeatable location advantages allowed us to easily explore the city.

We did experience a minor issue with the limited spa center schedule. the relaxation benefits of the Sauna and Massage services more than made up for it.

The bar service can sometimes be inconsistent.

The place was clean and we loved our king guest room. Very comfy beds, an ironing set, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch. It was warm with a beautiful bathroom.

The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short walk to the city center and right next to a metro station. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a large bathroom. The complimentary drink at the bar was a nice touch and made me feel valued. I recommend this hotel.

The staff at Hilton was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They were very good too make sure we had everything we needed. One particular staff member even gave us a city map and personally showed us how to get to the famous landmarks. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the lovely view of the St. Stephen's Cathedral from our tiny balcony. our experience at Hilton was excellent, and I would highly recommend it.

As young people, we absolutely loved the modern and stylish decor of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished, with the added bonus of an interconnecting door for our group of teenagers. The beds were firm but incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of choices and attentive staff ready to serve coffee and cater to our egg preferences. The hotel's location was excellent, just steps away from a metro and tram station, making it convenient to explore all the major sights of the city.

The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the town hall, university, and other attractions. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly big. The breakfast had a wide selection of food and the quality was top-notch. our stay was enjoyable and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Poor communication regarding air conditioning issue.

I recently stayed at Hilton Plaza in Vienna for a night to attend an event, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff at check-in were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I also loved that the sauna was open until late and I had the option to request its use. Additionally, having the convenience of parking right in front of the hotel made check-in a breeze. The location was ideal with the metro just around the corner, and the bathroom in my room was spacious and featured a great shower. The breakfast spread was impressive, and they even prepared a packed breakfast for us when we had an early flight. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to an executive room, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The hotel provided plenty of towels and a variety of toiletries. I enjoyed the convenience of the 24-hour room service, especially as a diabetic. The hotel's location was also a key highlight, as it was just a short walk away from major attractions and public transportation.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The kettle was dirty and the shampoo and shower gel were not refilled.
